Linkfluence keynote is voted as a top paper at the Insight Show

On the 8th and 9th of March, Linkfluence attended the Insight Show and Marketing Week Live.

Our team had a fantastic time meeting industry peers and attending presentations. Our Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Fradet also had the privilege of being one of ten papers reviewed and selected to be presented on the Headline Stage alongside Luis Fernandes, Research and Consumer Insights Director at Expedia.

The pair discussed how social media analysis is now being effectively used by the Consumer Insights and Market Research community for insight generation.

Sharing Expedia, Danone and Brexit case studies, Anthony explained why social data is a new and needed element in the market research toolkit. The social web is the world’s largest focus group, made up of unbiased and unprompted opinions and it needs to be listened to.

It was humbling to see so many faces at the presentation and we were delighted when the keynote was later announced as one of the show’s top papers!
